A Special Focus: Women in Leadership
As a woman who climbed to CFO and Board level before turning 30 in male-dominated industries, I understand the unique challenges women face in senior roles.
I completed my MBA dissertation on cultural sexism, masculinity, and workplace dynamics in Turkey. My research showed that men who favor men in the workplace are often unaware that they are doing it—societal conditioning influences these decisions on a very deep level.
